Cancellation Policy
How to book An Appointment: Select the service you want, then click request to book, select location and staff and see available times. Select a time slot, and click request to book. Fill out the information and us know if there are anything else you would like us to take care of. We will then call or email you about your request, then send you a quote or an invoice. We do not accept same day online bookings, if you need same day service calls us at 929-3515150 for availability. Booking Deposit Policy A Deposit is required for all appointments at the time of scheduling to confirm and hold your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your balance which is due at the end or your appointment. All services under $100 must be paid in full to book your appointment. All other services will require a minimum deposit of $100 or 60% deposit for services over $200 to book your appointment. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We ask for a 48 hours notice, if you will need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We are more then happy to reschedule your appointment and apply your deposit towards a future appointment if you give at least 48 hours notice. We understand that unplanned circumstances can occur, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment less then 48 hours prior to your appointment time your deposit is non-refundable, and new deposit will be required to book any further appointments. Late Arrival Policy We Ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment. A grace period of 15 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen delays a customer may encounter while traveling to their appointment. If a Customer is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment, the appointment may be canceled or be put to the back of the days list appointments (depending on already scheduled appointments). If we are not able to get the customer in that day, the deposit is non-refundable, and the customer must reschedule a new appointment. **By requesting to book you have agreed to all the above terms and policies!!
